Good weekend

Well, we had a great weekend. First - Max and I joined the local YMCA. Not sure if I mentioned that before or not... Anyway - we LOVE going there to exercise a few times a week. Now Max is taking basketball on Saturdays. This last Saturday was his first 'practice.' They practiced running, dribbling, bounce passes, chest passes and making baskets. Max is the youngest/smallest kid on the team - but there are two coaches for 8 kids - and both of them are great. They each took individual time with Max and the other 4 year old to show them how to bend their knees and bounce the ball, etc. Tonight when we were there to exercise - we saw his coach again - and he said 'HEY MAX! Have you been practicing?" Max was thrilled to be remembered, and I was impressed that he remembered Max's name.

So - this weekend the weather was amazing this weekend. We spent a lot of time outside - and it was great! We played basketball outside, had a picnic lunch by the railroad tracks, and had fun. Here are a few pictures...
